Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided by Prekoda. By purchasing any service from us, you agree to the terms described below.
General Position
All payments made to Prekoda are non-refundable. This applies to one-time projects, subscription plans, and any other service offerings. Once payment has been received and work has commenced, no refund will be issued.
Project-Based Services
For one-time or fixed-scope projects, payment is required upfront in full or in agreed instalments before work begins. Given the nature of custom creative and technical work, we do not offer refunds once a project has been started.
If you choose to cancel a project before work has commenced, please contact us as soon as possible. In this case, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.
Subscription Services
Subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
It is your responsibility to cancel or pause your subscription before the next renewal date. Renewals that occur due to failure to cancel are not eligible for a refund.
Revisions and Disputes
Revisions are included where outlined in your agreement. If you are unhappy with the work delivered, we encourage you to raise concerns before final delivery so we can address them within the agreed scope.
Dissatisfaction with a completed deliverable does not constitute grounds for a refund. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and will work with you to find a reasonable outcome.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Prekoda fails to deliver the agreed service within a reasonable timeframe with no communication
- A duplicate payment was made in error
- A technical error on our end resulted in an incorrect charge
To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us within 7 days of the issue arising.
