These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Prekoda and its services. By accessing our website, purchasing a service, or subscribing to any offering provided by Prekoda, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
About Prekoda
Prekoda is a web design, development, and branding studio providing design services, digital assets, and related offerings on a subscription or one-time basis. All services are delivered remotely unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Prekoda, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
Services
Prekoda provides development and design services as described on our website or during purchase. The scope, turnaround time, deliverables, and limitations of each service are defined on the relevant service page or written agreement at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. Any changes will not retroactively affect services already paid for.

User Information
To use certain features of our services, we collect limited personal information:

- Name and email address for purchases and subscriptions

Payments and Billing
All fees are clearly displayed at the time of purchase. All projects require full or partial payment upfront, as outlined in the relevant agreement. Payments must be made in full before services begin unless otherwise stated.
For subscription-based services:
- Billing is recurring based on the selected plan
- You are responsible for managing or pausing your subscription before the renewal date
- Failure to pause will result in automatic renewal and billing
Late or missed payments may incur a 5% fee. We reserve the right to pause work until outstanding payments are received.
All payments are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel a project at any time. However, payments already made are non-refundable. Revisions are included where agreed upon in writing, but refunds are not offered once work has been completed or delivered.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for the services rendered, all rights to the final deliverables are transferred to you, subject to any third-party licences for tools or assets used during production.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Hosting and Maintenance
We offer optional hosting and paid maintenance plans. Basic updates — such as software dependency updates — are included at no charge where applicable.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Prekoda is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays, technical issues, or failures of third-party services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
